Like the slightly more advanced D330 and D320, the Canon DC310 offers simple operation for both video and still image recording: perfect for catching valuable moments on the fly. This camcorder records directly to writable or rewritable DVDs, meaning that it's very easy to view your videos on either the TV or the computer, and also very easy to share them. The camera offers a hefty 37x optical zoom, plenty for getting tight closeups and bringing distant subjects up close and personal. While it offers slightly lower resolution video than its bigger brothers, the DC310 is easy to operate and full up with features designed to further simplify your shooting experience.
