Dubbed the world’s first blue ray camcorder, The Hitachi DZ-BD70 single drive camcorder can record approximately one hour of 1920x1080 full high-definition video ( or two hours of 1440x1080 high definition video) on a 8cm Blueray DVD. Its 5.3 mega pixel progressive CMOS image sensor provides an effective 2.07 mega pixels for video and 4.32 mega pixels for still photos.
