The HDC-HS60 is one of a new line of HD camcorders from Panasonic that features a super-compact lightweight body, a 25x optical zoom lens, and full high-definition video quality. The HS60 is the most advanced of the new Panasonic bunch, since it offers both a whopping 120GB of internal memory as well as compatibility with removable memory cards (SD/ SDHC or SDXC). You can even copy memory from the internal storage to a card, or vice versa, with the push of a button. Over recent years, Panasonic has carved a spot for themselves in the digital camera market with their budget-friendly, consumer-friendly cams that offer simple operation and useful features; with these new forays into the HD camcorder market, we hope they're following suit. First reviews are very positive, so we give the HS60 the go-ahead.
