The SD90 is Panasonic's top-notch mainstream HD camcorder (a 1MOS, one-sensor model, as they call it). Along with the TM90, these models sport the largest sensors of Panny's 1MOS bunch, and are the only models capable of shooting 1080p video, rather than 1080i. Other attention-grabbing features include a generous 3-inch touschreen LCD and support for Panasonic's 3D conversion lens, if that floats your boat. The SD90 is the last stop before you get into really serious camcorders. It records exclusively to SD/SDHC cards; also check out the TM90, which comes with 16GB of built-in flash memory.
